Account Executive

VideoLink is seeking a senior-level sales Account Executive to identify and close video and audio conferencing equipment and service sales.

To be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to generate qualified leads through individual cold calling and company marketing programs to sell videoconferencing and audio conferencing equipment and service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years prior outside sales experience required.
  • Experience selling video or audio conferencing services and/or equipment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business through cold calling on accounts required.
  • Confidence to work in a commission-based position with no earning cap.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding monthly targeted sales quotas.
  • Experience with Technology sales and service is a plus.
  • Strong sales presentation skills and excellent people skills required.

Education

  • College degree preferred.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide detailed solution.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via telephone and email.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to work without supervision.

Salary:  Base + Commission

 

Sales Engineer

This is a senior-level technical position in an exciting, high-tech field with a growing company.

This expert will support and drive video and audio conferencing equipment and service sales.   The priority of this position is to support new sales opportunities and to support the customer throughout the lifecycle of the product.

To be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to present, install, and support videoconferencing and audio conferencing equipment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Background in A/V integration required.

  • 5 years experience with Polycom or Tandberg equipment, software and MCUs required.

  • College degree required.

  • Experience with Cisco, Nortel, Firewalls, and IP implementation required.

  • Strong presentation skills and excellent people skills required.

 
 
 
Flexibility
Home offices are ok.

Home offices with videoconferencing are excellent. 

Work at our corporate office, or work from home.  If you are a high performer, work anywhere.
